Program: "Acute Intervention"

According to the senates directive on the prevention of sexual harassment and sexualized violence, affected persons studying at or working for the Faculty of Social Sciences are now able to apply for a subsidized acute intervention at the faculty’s Equal Opportunity Commission. An amount of 500€ can be requested per intervention. Funds can be used individually to recover the person’s study or work ability, e.g. make use of assertiveness and self-defence programs, psychotherapeutic measures or legal support. Applications can be proposed directly to the Equal Opportunity Commissioner and are bound to professional secrecy. Settlements are provided directly from the institution or person in charge.

Funds covering two acute interventions are hold back each term.
There is no legal entitlement.
