Florian Grawan, M.A.
Florian Grawan (he/him) has been working as a scientific coordinator at the Diversity Research Institute since July 2025.
Florian Grawan studied social sciences (B.A.) and educational sciences (M.A.) with a focus on pedagogical case understanding at Leibniz Universität Hannover. After graduating, he worked there as a research assistant and coordinator of the diversitAS research center and as a project assistant in the joint project 'Cultural Heritage as a Resource? (VolkswagenStiftung). From 2019 to 2021, he was a lecturer and coordinator of the certificate program Diversity Competences at the Central Facility for Languages and Key Qualifications at the University of Göttingen. Since the end of the project, he has continued to work there as a lecturer in various diversity competence modules.
In Addition, he is still involved in the further development and implementation of the municipal integration concept as a specialist for migration and participation at the city of Lehrte until the end of 2025.
