Ombudsperson and Complaint Management for Teaching and Learning

The Ombudsperson for Teaching and Learning supports students in difficult study situations with information, advice, and independent mediation in conflict cases. As the central contact person for Complaint Management, she also addresses suggestions and criticisms from students, contributing to the improvement and quality assurance of study conditions. All concerns are treated confidentially.
