Mridhula is a doctoral student at the Chair of Development Economics / CeMIS and a research assistant at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health. Her research interests lie at the intersection of health, development, and applied econometrics. Mridhula holds an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Göttingen and a BA in Economics (Honours) with a minor in Data Science from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, India. Previously, she worked with organizations like the Centre for Sustainable Employment and the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru, and has experience in the design and implementation of multiple field surveys in India.
