Guest Accounts
External staff or guest researchers who need access to university resources can apply for temporary (maximum one year) guest access after approval by the faculty officer. After this period has expired, this authorisation must be renewed. Please submit this via Support-Ticket to the person responsible for IdM at the IT Centre.
Furthermore, a responsible contact person at the chair/institute must be specified.
Special case Lecturer:
As a rule, this group of people does not need an account. The functions in StudIP are also available for access via external/private e-mail addresses.
