The diversity concept of the GGG is based on a development process of several years, which is briefly explained in order to make the learning processes of the GGG visible and usable for other departments. This also makes it clear that it is not a one-off declaration of intent, but a long-term process of shaping a diversity-oriented organisational culture and structure that has not been completed: the GGG sees itself as a learning organisation and is continuously developing the diversity concept in exchange with cooperation partners and other actors.
