Data analysis and reporting
Evaluation Data
This is where all data collected through the quality management (QM) tools is managed. This includes course evaluations, graduate surveys, and student surveys.Data Analysis
Various reports are generated based on the results of the QM tools as well as other sources, such as academic progress data and internal university statistics. The analyses are prepared for university administration, faculties, and departments, where they are used to inform decision-making and monitor quality-related metrics. On the one hand, they can be used to identify problematic trends at an early stage and design appropriate measures; on the other hand, the results can be used to objectively assess the impact of previous quality assurance measures. Furthermore, the information is used to further develop and expand existing QM tools.
Degree Programme Reports ("Studiengangreports")
These reports consolidate information from various areas of the university into a single report. They contain graphically presented analyses and provide an overview of key developments and metrics at the program level. The reports serve as an information basis for faculties and program directors in decentralized quality management as part of system accreditation and form the foundation for strategic discussions between faculties and the university administration. Based on the analyses, problem areas can be identified. They also serve as the basis for monitoring the implementation of measures at the program level. The reports are generated automatically each semester (cutoff dates: November 25 and May 25) for all bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at the university and made available in the document management system. These documents are in German by default, but an English report can be provided upon request.
