International Library Networks


Library networks also exist in other countries. When conducting an international literature search, it may be helpful to use the British Union Catalogue (COPAC), and to visit the websites of OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) in the United States. OCLC offers a variety of databases specialised in different types of publication such as journal articles, proceedings or electronically published articles with full-text search options.
