Rewa Misra works as Head of National Policy and Innovative Financing at HarvestPlus IFPRI. She is a development economist and holds a Masters from Georgetown University, Washington DC and is undertaking her PhD in Economic Sciences with the University of Göttingen, Germany with a focus on climate smart agriculture. Her research interests include understanding how risk shapes farmer decision-making in fragile contexts and evaluating adaptation policy interventions.
