  • The role of soil biota in biochemical cycles
  • Development of soil zymography as a modern method of soil hotspot investigation
  • Soil biochemistry, isotopes (14C, 33P, 13C, 18O) application, soil imaging (soil zymography, pH imaging (optodes), 14C and 33P imaging) and in-depth image analysis (ImageJ)
