Niken Ayu Permatasari studied agricultural science for bachelor and master studies at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB University), Indonesia. In bachelor thesis, she worked on the characterization of corn starch national corn varieties. Afterwards she started her master studies and worked on the production of composite plastics from thermoplastic tapioca-cassava bagasse and compatibilized polyethylene blends. Since April 2023, Niken Ayu Permatasari works as a doctoral student on the effect of drought and salinity in sensory attributes and quality characteristics of tomatoes.Degrees
