SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am deeply interested in the pathogenetic mechanisms of many neurological diseases, especially the immune-mediated diseases of the nervous system, such as Multiple Sclerosis. The nervous system is admittedly the most complex structure known to us and thus there is no lack of exciting questions in neuroscience. I am looking forward to discover new scientific fields of interest during my graduate studies.
